Chana Salad Recipe

Healthy and refreshing chana salad or Chickpeas salad with fresh veggies and tossed in a lemon juice and spices.

2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Chana

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
  • Add 3 tbsp soaked and pressure cooked chana, 1 tbsp tomato, 1 tbsp onion, 1/8th tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/8th tsp mango powder.

  • Mix well and this delicious salad is ready to eat!
