Mix together chickpeas, 1 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp lemon juice in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix.
Add 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd and 2 tbsp besan and mix well. Set aside for 1015 minutes.
Heat sufficient oil in kadhai. Slide in the chickpeas, separating each of them as you put them into the hot and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle 1/4th tsp chaat masala on top and serve immediately.
