PrePreparation
- Step 1 Soak and pressure cook 2 tbsp chickpeas till soft. Drain the excess water.
- Step 2 For hung Nestlé A+ Curd, strain 2 tbsp Nestle a+ Slim Dahi until all excess water is strained completely.

Preparation
- Step 1 In a bowl, add hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt as per taste and whisk until smooth consistency.
- Step 2 Add cooked chickpeas and coat well with the mixture.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Marinate them for 15 minutes, add them on a tray lined with parchment paper and spread.
- Step 5 Drizzle 1 tsp oil over the chickpeas and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove and shake the tray after 56 minutes.
- Step 6 Again bake at 160 degrees celcius for 1012 minutes.
- Step 7 Sprinkle 1/4 tsp chaat masala on top, shake and serve immediately.
