- Step 1 Dry roast 1/4 cup chana dal and grind into fine paste with water as required.
- Step 2 In a sauce pan, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee, add prepared chana dal paste, roast well.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1.5 tsp sugar powder and stir constantly, add remaining 1/2 tbsp ghee and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding khoa.
- Step 5 Turn off the heat, knead into a smooth dough.
- Step 6 Make small sized balls, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp chopped pista and serve.
