This very tasty idli recipe, is extremely easy breakfast recipe. Serve with coconut chutney this becomes a complete meal full of protein and good fats.
In Batter, add 1/4th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger and mix well.
Grease Idli mold with 1/2 tsp oil, pour batter into it and steam for 1015 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with coconut chutney.
