2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Urad Dal

1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Chana Dal

1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger

1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.62 gm) Garlic

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

45.0 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
In Batter, add 1/4th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp grated ginger and mix well.
Grease Idli Mold with 1/2 tsp oil, pour batter into it and steam for 1015 minutes or until cooked.
