  • In a bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, boiled chana dal, 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp mango powder and mix well.

  • Shape into Cutlets.

  • Take a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry the cutlets.

  • Serve hot with Tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
