Steps
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 kadi patta leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhaina powder and saute
- Step 3 Soak and cook 2 tbsp chana dal
- Step 4 Now add the cooked chana dal and let it simmer
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp salt and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Serve hot
