- Step 1
PrePreparation
Soak and cook 1 tbsp chana till soft. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
- Step 2
Soak 1 tbsp soya granules till soft. Drain the excess water and Coarsely grind it with 1/4 tsp salt.

Preparation
Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed potato, boiled chana, ground soya granules, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, mash and mix properly.
- Step 4
Divide into equal portions and make cutlets of the desired shape.
- Step 5
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and place cutlets.
- Step 6
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot with ketchup.
