For Frying(41.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a bowl and add 1 cup Rice Flour, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp hing,1/4th tsp haldi ,1.5tsp white til, 1tsp grated ginger,1 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.

  • Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd mix well and knead the dough.

  • Fill Dough in Chakli Mould and make swrils by pressing the mould.

  • Heat a pan with oil and then Deep Fry the swirls.

  • Drain on an Absorbent Paper.

  • Let it Cool.
