A liquid food made so flavorful with a blend of green leaves and spices, makes a perfect appetizer.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute.
Add 1/8th cup boiled chopped potato, 2 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/4th cup chopped dill leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.
Add water as required and allow it to simmer.
Allow it to cool slightly and blend.
Serve piping hot celery soup.
