Celery Soup with Dill Recipe

A liquid food made so flavorful with a blend of green leaves and spices, makes a perfect appetizer.

2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Celery Stalk(Chopped)

1/4 Cup(13.0 gm) Dill Leaves(Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Cup(12.0 gm) Potato(Boiled Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Onion(Diced)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
ingredients
As Required(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute.

  • Add 1/8th cup boiled chopped potato, 2 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/4th cup chopped dill leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.

  • Add water as required and allow it to simmer.

  • Allow it to cool slightly and blend.

  • Serve piping hot celery soup.
