In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute.
Add 1/8th cup boiled chopped potato, 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, 1/8th cup chopped celery leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.
Then add cooked lentil dal and mix well.
Add water as required and allow it to simmer.
Allow it to cool slightly and blend.
Serve piping hot.
