  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute.

  • Add 1/8th cup boiled chopped potato, 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, 1/8th cup chopped celery leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Then add cooked lentil dal and mix well.

  • Add water as required and allow it to simmer.

  • Allow it to cool slightly and blend.

  • Serve piping hot.
