Take a blenderizing jar and add 1.5 tbsp mashed peas, 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/8th tsp ajwain and 1/8th tsp salt.
Additionally, add a little water depending on the required consistency.
Blend to make smooth spread.
