- Step 1 Heat a pan, dry roast 1 tbsp wheat flour and pour 50 ml Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 2 Stir well to make a smooth lump free white sauce and keep aside.
- Step 3 Next, heat a pan with 1.5 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, 2 tbsp peas and little water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 5 Mix everything well
- Step 6 Cover and cook until vegetables are tender and cool the mixture
- Step 7 Blend the cooked vegetable mixture to a smooth texture.
- Step 8 Heat another pan, add white sauce, vegetable mixture and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 9 Mix everything well and simmer until the desired consistency is achieved
- Step 10 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 11 Serve warm.
