This green soup is packed with folic acid and Vitamin B6, both very important for health and well-being. It is easy to make, creamy and extremely delicious.
For the soup
In a kadai, put 2 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onions and saute it until golden brown.
Add 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, 2 tbsp peas and enough water. Mix it properly.
Cover & cook till done.
After cooling, put it in the mixie and blend it.
In another kadai, add the white sauce, celery mixture, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Boil & cook till the desired consistency of the soup is acquired .
Serve in a soup bowl.
