As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • For the white sauce, take 1 tbsp wheat flour, add 50 ml Nestlé A+ Milk, mix it well

  • and keep it aside.

  • For the soup

  • In a pan, put 2 tsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onions and saute it until golden brown.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, 2 tbsp peas and enough water. Mix it properly.

  • Cover & cook till done.

  • After cooling, put it in the blender and blend it.

  • In another pan, add the white sauce, celery mixture, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Boil & cook till the desired consistency of the soup is acquired .

  • Serve in a soup bowl.
