Thick and Creamy Cauliflower Soup is a delicious, healthy low carbohydrate soup alternative! It is extremely easy to make and doesn't take very long!
Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp oil, 2 no. tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger & mix well.
Now add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt & mix well.
Then add 4 tbsp chopped cauliflower, saute well.
Add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes & blend until smooth. Serve hot.
