Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Thick and Creamy Cauliflower Soup is a delicious, healthy low carbohydrate soup alternative! It is extremely easy to make and doesn't take very long!

4 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Cauliflower (Chopped)

1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger (Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
ingredients
2 No.(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(160.0 ml) Water
  • Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp oil, 2 no. tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger & mix well.

  • Now add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt & mix well.

  • Then add 4 tbsp chopped cauliflower, saute well.

  • Add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes & blend until smooth. Serve hot.
