- Step 1
Heat kadhai, add 3 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion, saute until golden brown, then add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 2
Now add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 3 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 3 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 4 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1/4 tsp salt, grated cauliflower, mix everything well.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves & mixl.
- Step 4
Allow to cook for 5 minutes on medium flame and serve.
