- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, salt for taste and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Add blanched vegetables, a little water and mix well
- Step 4 Cover and cook until soft
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
- Step 7 Serve hot with roti or rice.
