Sneaking in veggies in kids favorite food is an age old wise trick by moms. This delicious and nutritious burger is an healthified junk food that your child can indulge in.
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower leaves and 2 tbsp bread crumbs
Mix all the ingredients well and shape into an patty
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.
Apply 1 tbsp of coconut cream on each half
Put 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
Cover the bun and serve.
