- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower and salt for taste
- Step 3 Add water as required and cook until soft
- Step 4 Add 1/8 cup chopped lettuce and cook until the lettuce wilts
- Step 5 Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and season with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Step 6 Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp chopped celery stalk and simmer until all flavors combine well
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds
- Step 9 Serve warm
