- Step 1
To make cauliflower hummus, take sauce pan, heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil and add 1/2 cup cauliflower florets and 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, roast till it becomes crispy.
- Step 2
In a grinding jar add the roasted cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp tahini paste, 1/8th tsp salt and blend.
- Step 3
Once a smooth consistency is obtained spread evenly on a platter.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1/8th tsp red chilly powder.
- Step 5
Serve cold or at room temperature.
