1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd

2 Grated Tbsp(17.0 gm) Cauliflower

20 Gm(20.0 gm) Phul Gobi Ke Patte

2 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sweet Corn

1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder

1/8 Tsp(0.62 gm) Black Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
In a bowl whisk 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd with 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp black salt and 1 tsp oil.
Add 2 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower greens, 2 tsp chopped mint leaves and 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Chill and Serve
