Cauliflower Coconut Hummus Recipe

This hummus with cauliflower is lusciously creamy, yet somehow light and fluffy. Thanks to the tahini, with notes of bright, fresh lemon and mellow garlic. Hummus is healthy. It is not only rich in fibers but also packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Sesame Seed Paste
1/2 Cup(59.0 gm) Cauliflower
  • To make cauliflower coconut hummus, take sauce pan, heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil and add 1/2 cup cauliflower florets and 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, roast till it becomes crispy.

  • In a grinding jar add the cooked chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp tahini paste, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp grated coconut and blend.

  • Once a smooth consistency is obtained spread evenly on a platter.

  • Garnish with 1/8th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Serve cold or at room temperature.
