- Step 1 PrePrep by soaking 3 tsp chickpeas overnight and pressure cooking it.
- Step 2 Take a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil and add 1/2 cup cauliflower florets and 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, roast till it becomes crispy.
- Step 3 In a grinding jar, add the cooked chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp tahini paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp grated coconut and blend.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding red bell peppers.
- Step 5 Once a smooth consistency is obtained spread evenly on a platter.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1/8 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 7 Serve cold or at room temperature.
