20 Gm(20.0 gm) Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Number(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
4 Chopped Tbsp(35.0 gm) Cauliflower
  • Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp oil, 2 no. tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger & mix well.

  • Now add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt & mix well.

  • Then add 4 tbsp chopped cauliflower, saute well.

  • Add water, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and 20 gm cheddar cheese.

  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes & blend until smooth.

  • Serve hot.
