Boil 2 tbsp sweet potato
For making cauliflower cabbage cutlets
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled and chopped sweet potatoes,2 tbsp grated cauliflower,1 tbsp grated cabbage, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp mango powder,1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tbsp suji, 1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tsp coriander leaves. Mix well
Mash and mix it well
Shape the mixture into cutlets
In a frying pan, shallow fry with 2 tsp oil
Serve with tomato ketchup.
