2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Suji
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Cabbage
  • Pre preparation

    Boil 2 tbsp sweet potato

  • Preparation

    For making cauliflower cabbage cutlets

  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled and chopped sweet potatoes,2 tbsp grated cauliflower,1 tbsp grated cabbage, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp mango powder,1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tbsp suji, 1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tsp coriander leaves. Mix well

  • Mash and mix it well

  • Shape the mixture into cutlets

  • In a frying pan, shallow fry with 2 tsp oil

  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
