This very easy and classic cauliflower sabji is perfect for tiffin lunch. This vegetable is rich in antioxidant as well.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
Then, add 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp onion, and saute.
Add 1/4 cup of cauliflower, 1/4 tsp each of salt, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Add water, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and cook it. After that add 1 tsp coriander leaves and serve hot.
