Cauliflower Bhaji Recipe

This very easy and classic cauliflower sabji is perfect for tiffin lunch. This vegetable is rich in antioxidant as well.

1/4 Cup(26.0 gm) Cauliflower(Chopped)
2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.

  • Then, add 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp onion, and saute.

  • Add 1/4 cup of cauliflower, 1/4 tsp each of salt, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

  • Add water, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and cook it. After that add 1 tsp coriander leaves and serve hot.
