Cauliflower Dry Vegetable Recipe

This very easy and classic cauliflower sabji is perfect for tiffin lunch.

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp onion, and saute.

  • Add 1/4th cup of cauliflower, 1/4th tsp each of salt, haldi, red chilly powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.

  • Add water, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.

  • Add 1tbsp tomato and cook it then add 1tsp coriander leaves and serve hot.
