This very easy and classic cauliflower sabji is perfect for tiffin lunch.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
Then, add 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp onion, and saute.
Add 1/4th cup of cauliflower, 1/4th tsp each of salt, haldi, red chilly powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
Add water, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
Add 1tbsp tomato and cook it then add 1tsp coriander leaves and serve hot.
