In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 kadi patta leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp dhaina powder.
Cook soaked chana dal and add the cooked chana dal.
Let it simmer, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt.
Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
