- Step 1 Soak and pressure cook soaked chana dal and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 kadi patta leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ginger.
- Step 5 Add the cooked chana dal.
- Step 6 Let it simmer, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 7 Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
