Steps
- Step 1
In a grind 1/2 cup cashew to a fine powder.
- Step 2
Transfer it to a bowl, add 2 tbsp khoa, 2.5 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp tahini paste, 1.5 tsp butter and mix all well.
- Step 3
Line a tray with parchment paper, add the mixture and gently press.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped pista and 1/2 tbsp chopped almond.
- Step 5
Gently press it and allow to set in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Step 6
Cut into desired shape.
