Prepreparation
- Step 1 Blend 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut, 1 tsp each of chopped green chilli, and ginger together to make a paste.

For Sabji
- Step 1 Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp oil, add cashew paste and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute.
- Step 3 Now add 1/4 tsp haldi,1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8h tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp paneer cubes, allow to cook for 2 min on medium to high flame.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 6 Serve hot with chapati.
