A sweet healthy dessert with the crunch of cashews and goodness of chocolate, made nutrient and energy dense giving a sweet completion to a delicious meal.
Grind 1/2 cup cashewnut to make fine powder.
In a heated pan add 2 tbsp khoa and stir continuously till it melts.
To this add 2.5 tbsp sugar powder and 1 tsp cocoa powder.
Mix all ingredients well and add 1/2 cup cashew powder.
Mix well and stir continuously till it separates from pan.
To this add 1.5 tsp butter, stir well and turn off the heat.
Transfer to a greasy tray and add 1/2 tbsp chopped pista, 1/2 tbsp chopped almond.
Gently press it and allow to set in fridge for 15 minutes.
Later on cut it into pieces.
Chocolatey cashew fudge is ready to serve.
