- Step 1 Heat a pan over low flame, add 2 tbsp khoa and stir continuously until it softens
- Step 2 Add 2.5 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tsp cocoa powder and keep stirring until it dissolves
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup cashew powder and stir until it binds well and separates from pan.
- Step 4 Add 1.5 tsp butter, mix well and turn off the flame
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Transfer the mixture to a greased tin and top it up with 1/2 tbsp chopped pista and 1/2 tbsp chopped almond.
- Step 7 Gently press it and refrigerate until set
- Step 8 Once set, cut into evensized square pieces.
- Step 9 Chocolatey cashew fudge is ready to serve.
