1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Dry Ginger
1 Small(45.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Diced Cup(36.0 gm) Carrot
  • In a pan heat 1 tsp ghee add into the carrot tomato puree ,stir it and cook till raw smell leaves from tomato.

  • Add into the 2 tbsp sugar,1 tsp ginger powder and mix it well.

  • Cook it till puree leaves the sides of pan.

  • Serve.
