- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil, add 1/4 cup diced carrot and cook until semisoft
- Step 2 Transfer to a bowl and let it cool
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp sugar, 2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 6 Enjoy this with crackers
