  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and 2 tbsp onion and saute well.

  • Next, add 1/3 cup of chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.

  • Add 1/4 tsp each of dhania powder, haldi, garam masala, salt, and red chilli powder.

  • Mix all the ingredients together and cook well.

  • Add black sesame seed for a nutritional twist.

  • Serve with chapati.
