In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and 2 tbsp onion and saute well.
Next, add 1/3 cup of chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
Add 1/4 tsp each of dhania powder, haldi, garam masala, salt, and red chilli powder.
Mix all the ingredients together and cook well.
Add black sesame seed for a nutritional twist.
Serve with chapati.
