This extremely easy carrot pancakes will be your kids favorite lunch. It is rich in fiber and Vitamin A and is extremely fulfilling.

Cook 2 tsp rice
In a bowl, add cooked 2 tsp rice, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4th tsp black til, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
In a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp oil and spread the above pancake mixture.
Cover & cook till done.
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
Serve it hot.
