Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 2
When the ghee melts, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp yellow capsicum and mix well again.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding cooked dal.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp,1 tsp rasam masala,1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Add water as required for a thin consistency and mix again.
- Step 7
Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
