  • In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee add 1/4th cup grated carrot and saute it well till carrot is cook.

  • Add 1/3rd cup Nestlé A+ Milk and reduce it . Add into the cooked quinoa,1/8th tsp cinnamon powder,3 strands of saffron ,2 tbsp sugar, mix and cook it nicely.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped pistachio and serve.
