Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee add 1/4 cup grated carrot and cook until soft
- Step 2
Pour 1/2 cup Nestle a+ slim milk, add cooked quinoa, chopped dates and mix well
- Step 3
Simmer over low flame until it thickens a little
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder, saffron water and combine well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped pista and serve warm or chilled
