Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup each of diced potato, carrot, apple and saute
- Step 3 Then, add 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper and stir well
- Step 4 Add required amount of water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
- Step 5 Put off the heat, and puree with a blender
- Step 6 Finally, add 1/8cup diced apple on top and serve in a bowl
- Step 7 Add a tsp of walnuts for a nutritional twist
