Carrot Potato And Apple Soup Recipe

A fulfilling meal with a low-calorie count, carrot potato apple soup is easy to digest. The walnut garnish powers up the soup with the goodness of omega-3.

0.13 Chopped Cup(18.0 gm) Orange Carrot
0.13 Boiled Diced Cup(23.0 gm) Potato
0.13 Diced Cup(20.0 gm) Apple, Big
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/8 cup each of diced potato, carrot, apple and saute.

  • Then, add 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper and stir well.

  • Add required amount of water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Put off the heat, and puree with a blender.

  • Finally, add 1/8cup diced apple on top and serve in a bowl.

  • Add a tsp of walnuts for a nutritional twist.
