Steps
- Step 1
Soak, blend and ferment overnight 1 tbsp rice,1 tbsp poha and 2 tsp urad dal.
- Step 2
To the prepared fermented batter, add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4
Pour and spread 1 ladle batter on a heated nonstick tawa. Add 1 tsp oil on the top & sides of it.
- Step 5
Flip & roast evenly. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
