To the prepared fermented batter, add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/8 salt and mix well.
Pour 1 ladle batter on tawa, Spread it in round shape. Then add 1 tsp oil on & sides of it.
Flip & roast evenly. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
