1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Urad Dal
7.6 Ml(8.0 ml) Water
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1 Tbsp(5.0 gm) Poha
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice
  • To the prepared fermented batter, add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/8 salt and mix well.

  • Pour 1 ladle batter on tawa, Spread it in round shape. Then add 1 tsp oil on & sides of it.

  • Flip & roast evenly. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
