- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup sugar, salt for taste and whisk until smooth.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup grated carrot, 1/8 tsp garlic paste, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix all together.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 4 Garnish with crushed masala peanuts
