Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp amchur, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp chilly powder and 20 ml water
- Step 2 Knead in a soft dough and roll into paratha
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp ghee on a heated griddle and roast the paratha on both sides until cooked completely
- Step 4 Serve hot with raita/Nestlé A+ Curd
