- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough using water as needed.
- Step 3
Divide into equal parts, flatten it, and roll out into a round paratha.
- Step 4
Heat a pan, place the paratha, and roast the paratha on both sides with ghee.
- Step 5
Serve hot with raita/Nestlé A+ Curd.
