A flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent made of the traditional staple wheat and stuffed with carrot make it power packed with nutrients like vitamin A, fiber and full of energy.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp amchur, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp chilly powder and 20 ml water.
Knead in a soft dough and roll into paratha.
Add 1 tsp ghee on a heated griddle and roast the paratha on both sides until cooked completely.
Serve hot with raita/curd.
