  • In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1/2 tsp chopped ginger and saute it well.

  • Add water as required,1/8 cup diced carrot and cook till carrot is soft.

  • Add 1/4 cup orange juice,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp salt, mix and bring to a boil.

  • Add cornflour slurry,mix and cook it well.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd and 1 tsp Chopped Pudina.

  • Serve
