Savory porridges are very fulfilling and made with simple healthful ingredients and mild spices.
Heat 1 tsp oil, roast 2 tbsp oats till light brown
Add 2 tbsp grated carrot and saute for a min.
Pour in 3 tbsp coconut milk and water as desired.
Add 1/8th tsp salt, clove powder and cinnamon powder.
Mix all ingredients well
