3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Julienne Cup(27.0 gm) Carrot
In a pan, 1/4th cup julienne carrot, 3 tbsp sugar, water.
Let it boil.
Cook until sugar syrup has reached 1 thread consistency.
Serve fresh.
