1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Masoor Dal
1/2 Grated Tbsp(3.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
2 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Carrot
150 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3 Number(0.33 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
  • In a pan add 1 tsp butter add 3 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp haldi

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped carrot along with boiled lentil dal and water as required. Stir well and cover.

  • Once cooked, take off the flame and pour in a blender. Once a soup like consistency is obtained, transfer to a serving bowl and add 1/2 tbsp grated coconut

  • Garnish with a coriander leaf.

  • Serve hot.
