Carrot Kheer is a delicious Indian dessert combining the wonderful flavors of dry fruits with the health benefits of carrot. A bowl of this kheer is packed with loads of calcium,vitamin A and proteins making it a perfect and healthy dessert to have on any occasion.
In a kadai, add 2 tsp ghee, almond slices, 1 tsp chopped pista and roast.
Now add 4 tbsp carrot and cook for 2 min.
Add 2 tsp sugar, 125 ml Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/4th tsp elaichi green powder, 2 kesar strands and mix well.
Bring to a boil and serve.
