2 Grated Tbsp(19.0 gm) Carrot
2 Flour Tbsp(13.0 gm) Jowar
1/8 Tsp(0.2 gm) Dhania Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.5 gm) Garlic
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.22 gm) Ginger
In a bowl add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,2 tbsp grated carrot,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/8th tsp cumin powder,1/8th tsp coriander powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
Roll out the dough with rolling pin and roast on heated tawa till brown dots form.
Serve hot with subji.
