2 Flour Tbsp(13.0 gm) Jowar
1/8 Tsp(0.2 gm) Dhania Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.5 gm) Garlic
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.22 gm) Ginger
  • In a bowl add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,2 tbsp grated carrot,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/8th tsp cumin powder,1/8th tsp coriander powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out the dough with rolling pin and roast on heated tawa till brown dots form.

  • Serve hot with subji.
