- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp jaggery powder and whisk it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup jowar flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup of grated carrot,1 tbsp grated ginger and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding golden raisins.
- Step 5 Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and fold the batter gently.
- Step 6 Pour into a greased tin and bake the batter, in a preheated oven, for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Step 7 Remove cake from the oven, and let it cool.
