  • In a pan heat 1 tsp ghee add into the carrot puree stir it and cook till raw smell leaves from carrot.

  • Add into the 2 tbsp sugar,1 tsp ginger powder and mix it well.

  • Cook it till puree leaves the sides of the pan.

  • Serve.
