  • Add 1 tsp oil, , 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass, 1/8th cup diced carrot and saute well.

  • Add water, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and let it simmer.

  • Blend well.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
