- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 eggs, add 1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and beat well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato,1 tbsp grated carrot,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Take appam pan and grease with 1 tbsp oil.
- Step 5 Pour batter in the pan and cook on a slow flame.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
