For Dumpling Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped cabbage,1 tbsp chopped french beans,1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.

For Wonton
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup maida,1/4 cup wheat flour,1 tsp oil, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Roll out the dough in a square shape and cut it into smaller square sheets.
- Step 3 Add filling on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then shape into a wonton.

For Soup
- Step 1 In a kadhai add water, add carrot puree made by boiling and blending 1.5 cup of diced carrot and 1/8 tsp salt. Add dumplings to the simmering liquid.
- Step 2 Cook it nicely.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
