Carrot-Corn-Tomato Salad Recipe

A healthy and hearty salad made with fresh ingredients corn, tomatoes, carrots and seasoned with pudina and herbs.

2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn

3 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Carrot(Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Peppe(Powder)
ingredients
1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl, add 3 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 2 tbsp chopped tomato.

  • Now add 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.

  • Mix well and serve.
